yes I think they weren't onlookers but all part of it. in the end there are more participants than watchers. I loved that it kept growing and growing. I loved the performers were all in street clothes and of all types. It would make my year to be in a place when people broke out into song and dance.

There are so many of these on YouTube...look up Improve Everywhere. They all make me laugh! Frozen people, Time Lapse, etc. :)Robin
