It's Gone!
Finally I got my wish! That pathetic tooth that was hanging on by a thread came out this morning. I was really worried it would wait until Friday and we would have to fly to Florida with the tooth. She has a big gap now and if you look closely you can see the two new ones on their way in.

ah yes, but mine were smashed out...
Can't blame me for that one, I didn't know you yet...too bad Christmas is over. "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth..."
